Booking A Property
- Please contact Rent Adriatic by simply clicking on the contact tab on the property page and sending us a message. Our friendly staff will be in touch with you as soon as possible and assist you with any further details that may be required. Once the property and availability have been confirmed, we shall place the property on hold with the owner for your desired dates of rental.
- We shall send you an invoice and kindly ask for the deposit payment to secure booking. The deposit payment can be made to our company by either choosing a bank transfer or by using a credit card. Once the deposit payment has been received, we shall quickly send you confirmation of the rental booking along with a receipt as proof of payment and all property information.
- The initial reservation deposit is non-refundable. If the *balance payment is paid 4 weeks prior to arrival of stay, the details of a refund are: 4-2 week’s cancellation prior to arrival of stay 50% refundable or 2-0 week’s cancellation prior to arrival of stay 25% refundable.
*It is normally fine for guests to pay the rental balance upon arrival of stay directly to the property owner or manager. Although for some villas or longer rental bookings, a property owner may be worried for a 'no show' and may ask for the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival of stay.
Please note that each country has its own regulations for staying guests and if not included in price, then booked guests may be asked to pay an additional small tourist tax. We shall of course inform guests of all details at booking stage. The normal check-in time for listed properties is at 16.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am. It is also important that guests follow the owners property rules when staying in a property.
